House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 130, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections"

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Elections."

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.

House bill entitled an Act to empower the Burgesses
and Commissioners of Boonsborough, Washington
county, to purchase a water supply and to levy for
the same.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Seibert. Newman and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the taking of
crabs in the Great Choptank River with dredges, &c.

Which was read the first time, and referred' to
Messrs. Waters, Toadvin and Dawson.

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners."

House bill entitled ail Act to add a new section to
Article 11, Code of Public Local Laws, title "Fred-
erick County," sub-title "State's Attorney."

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Seibert and Robinson.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to furnish
official badges to police officers of said county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 129, of
Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Queen Anne's Connty," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Messrs. Brown, Dawson and Lloyd.

spirituous and fermented liquors within one mile of
Holly Run M. E. Church, of Anne Arundel county.
