Senate bill entitled an Act to empower the State's
Attorney for Baltimore county, upon order of the Cir-
cuit Court for said county, to file a criminal informa-
tion.

Senate bill entitled an Act to limit the session of
the grand jury in Baltimore county.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

By Mr. Pearre,

Senate bill entitled an Act to grant additional cor-
porate powers to the Cumberland Loan and Savings
Association.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

By Mr. Getty,

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appoint
ment of arbitrators to ascertain and fix the true boun-
dary between the States of Maryland and West Vir-
ginia, and to authorize the Attorney-General to dis-
cuss the suit now pending in the Supreme Court of
the United States.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 252, of Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-
