Mr. Waters introduced the following bill:
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the appoint-
ment of one assistant engineer for each of the steamers
of the State Fishery Force.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
Mr. Waters, from the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries reported said bill favorably,
and the rules were suspended so as to. give a second
reading this day to said bill, by yeas and nays, as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Austin, Pearre,
Brown, Robinson,
Coffin, Seibert,
Dawson, Smith,
Evans, Toadvin,
Getty, Waters,
Gorter, Wilkinson,
Hepbron, Wirt,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then read the second time, and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Austin submitted the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

March 31st, 1892.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We most respectfully ask your Honorably Body for
the return of House bill No. 324, as amended and
passed by the Senate.

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the
House of Delegates.
