Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 25, of Article 20, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Constables," sub-title
"Police Duties of Constables."

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably by the Commit-
tee on Library and report adopted."

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

March 30th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message, proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Conference Committee on House
bill No. 8, providing for the destruction of fruit trees
infected with the Yellows, and concur therein.

We have named on the part of the House, Messrs
Collins, Wallen and Hayward.

Chief Clerk.
