tive sections being an enactment in one chapter and
applicable to the three counties aforesaid.

Which was read the first time, and. referred to
Messrs. Posey, Wilkinson and Waters.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 212, of
Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Oysters."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 113, of
Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Church Hill,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Brown, Dawson and Lloyd.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Talbot county to build a road from
Oxford to Vancouver's Island, in said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Lloyd, Brown and Dawson.

House bill entitled an Act to enable Edgar W. Mc-
Martin, Collector of State and County Taxes of Wor-
cester county, for the years 1886 and 1887, to enforce
the payment of the taxes not heretofore collected by
him.

Which was read the first time and referred to
Messrs. Smith, Toadvin and Waters.

House bill entitled an Act to empower the County
Commissioners of Prince George's county to levy a
sum of money for the building of a school house for
white children, near Hyde's store, in said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to-
Messrs. Coffin, Waters and Getty.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to levy for the Thirteenth
District of Baltimore county, ten cents on each one
hundred dollars, for road purposes in said Thirteenth

District.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to levy
a sum of money to be applied to the building of a.
school house on the Philadelphia Road.
