the Board of Public Works to build and equip three
new sailing vessels for the State Fishery Force, and
to sell the three old sloops now owned by said Force.

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Prince George's County," to be known as
"Section 332."
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Frederick,
Maryland, to sell and convey certain real estate in
Frederick city.
Which were read the first time, and referred, to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 13, of tie Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Harford County," sub-title "Havre de Grace," re-
lating to excavating or moulding-sand or otherwise,
to come in after section 169, and to be called section
169 A, and to repeal all laws aud parts of laws inconsis-
tent therewith.
Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs, Robinson, Seibert and Rogers.
