1024 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 29,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower
and require the County Commissioners of Baltimore
county to appropriate a sum of money to pay the Reg-
isters, of Voters for transcribing the registery of
voters, &c., of said county.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hubner, Bennett and Rogers.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 31, of
Article. 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"'Howard County," sub-title "Birds and Game."

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Rogers, Hubner and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 155, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Fish,
Crabs and Terrapins."

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Moss, Coffin and Robinson.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 26, of Article 19, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," and to add new
sections thereto, to be designated as "Sections 26 A, 26 B
and 26 C."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 100,
101, 102 and 103, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "St. Mary's County," sub-title "Roads," and to
enact the following sections, to be designated as "Sec-
lions 100, 101, 102, 103 and 103 A."

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wilkinson, Brown and Moss.

House bill entitled .an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws, 'title
"Somerset County," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks," and amend the same.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Waters, Smith and Toadvin.

House bill entitled an Act to empower the Board of
School Commissioners of Frederick county to grant
free scholarships to students of Frederick county to
Normal Schools in said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Seibert and Moss.
