House bill entitled an Act to provide for an equit-
able adjustment between vendor and vendee, in case
of default where sales are made on the installment
plan in Baltimore city.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate East Bal-
timore city, in Baltimore county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 410, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "House of
Refuge and Reformation."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 655, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore."

Which were severally read the first time, and re-
ferred to the Baltimore City Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Hutchins
Crawford, of Calvert county, a sum of money paid by
him to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calvert
county, and by said Clerk paid into the Treasury of
the State for a commission as sheriff, which commis-
sion was annulled by the Circuit Court of Calvert
county aforesaid.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Licensed
Measurers of Oysters in the city of Baltimore the
license fees paid by them to the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore city, in the vears 1888,
1889, 1890, 1891 and 1892.

House bill entitled an Act appropriating a sum of
money to refund to E. Calvin Williams, administrator

of Mary A. Conine, deceased, erroneously paid by
him into the State Treasury as a tax on commissions.

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay George M. Pearce and Albert J. Mer-
rill, for services rendered as Sergeant-at-Arms and
Door-Keeper, respectively.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Robert J.
Henry, of Worcester county, a sum of money paid in

error to the State Treasury.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of
Article 74, of the Public General Laws, title "Pilots."
