1020 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 29,

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

March 25th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message requesting the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing vores of the two Houses on the Senate's
amendment to House bill entitled an Act to provide
for the general valuation and assessment of property
in this State, and concur therein.

We have named on the part of the House, Messrs.
Berret, Carter, Field, Leonard and McSherry.

Chief Clerk.
Which was read.
Also, delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

March 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message of the 23d inst, in
reference to House bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 367, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Harbors,
Docks and Wharves," and to re-enact the same with
amendments, in which your Honorable Body an-
nounces that you have declined to recede from its
amendments, and also your request for the appoint-
ment of a Conference Committee, &c.

We respectfully concur therein, and have appointed
on the part of the House, Messrs. Fitzgerald, Brennan
and Sams.

Which was read.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
sections 135 and 136, of Article 4, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Carriages, Horses, Boats and Scows."
