The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 28th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate ;

The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendments proposed by the Senate to House bill
entitled an Act to repeal sections 2, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 17, 20, 20 A, 21, 28, 33 and 34, of Article 72, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Oysters,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
certain new sections to said Article to follow, in proper
order, the respective sections in order of precedence
and to be designated as "Sections 20 B, 20 C, 20 D, 20
E, 20 F, 20 G, 20 H and 21 A."

We respectfully request your Honorably Body to
recede from said amendment and here with return said
bill.

Which was read.

Mr. Moss submitted the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

March 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message informing us that
your Honorable Body has declined to concur in cer-
tain amendments to the House bill No. 144, being the
Oyster Cull Bill, and requesting us to recede from said
amendments.

The Senate has declined to recede from said amend-
ments and respectfully requests the appointment of a
Conference Committee on the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses on said bill.

We have named on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Moss, Austin and Hepbron.
