CHAPTER 78.

AN ACT to extend the charter of Frostburg Lodge,
|
|
|
|
|
number forty-nine, Independent Order of Odd-
|
|
|
|
|
Fellows, granted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland at its December session, eighteen hun-
|
|
|
|
|
dred and forty-six, chapter one hundred and
|
|
|
|
|
twenty-seven, and to grant additional powers to
|
|
|
|
|
said corporation.

|
|
|
SEC. 1. Be it enacted, That the charter of Frost-
|
|
|
|
|
burg Lodge, number forty-nine, Independent Order
of Odd-Fellows, granted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland at its December session of eighteen
|
|
|
|
|
hundred and forty-six, chapter one hundred and
|
|
|
|

twenty-seven, be and the same is hereby extended
|
|
|
|
tended.

and continued in force for the period of thirty years
|
|
|
|
|
from the date of its expiration in February last, and
|
|
|
|
|
until the close of the session of the next General
|
|
|
|
|
Assembly held thereafter.

|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts of said
|
|
|
|

corporation done by it in its corporate capacity since
the expiration of its charter in February last, be and
the same are hereby made as good and valid as the
same would have been had said charter been in

force at the time of doing said acts.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That said corporation

be and is hereby authorized to hold and possess
|
|
|
|

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
