	CHAPTER 77.
	AN ACT to extend the act passed at December ses-
	sion, eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter
	eighty three, entitled " An act to incorporate the
	Merchants' Shot Tower Company of Baltimore."
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the act passed at December ses- sion, eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter eighty- three, entitled " An act to incorporate the Merchants'	Act extended and contin- ued.
	Shot Tower Company of Baltimore," be and the
	same is hereby extended and continued in full force
	and effect until the year nineteen hundred, and until
	the end of the next session of the General Assembly
	that shall happen thereafter to every intent and
	purpose, as if the act aforesaid had not expired.
