AN ACT to extend the act passed at December ses-
|
|
|
|
sion, eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter
|
|
|
|
eighty three, entitled " An act to incorporate the
|
|
|
|
Merchants' Shot Tower Company of Baltimore."
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the act passed at December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter eighty-
three, entitled " An act to incorporate the Merchants'
|

and contin-
ued.

|
|
Shot Tower Company of Baltimore," be and the
|
|
|
|
same is hereby extended and continued in full force
|
|
|
|
and effect until the year nineteen hundred, and until
|
|
|
|
the end of the next session of the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
that shall happen thereafter to every intent and
|
|
|
|
purpose, as if the act aforesaid had not expired.
