CHAPTER 76.


AN act to repeal section two hundred and two of

article three of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-


titled " Baltimore county," sub-title "Wild Fowls,"


and to repeal and re-enact section one hundred


and ninety-eight of article three of the Code of


Public Local Laws, entitled " Baltimore county,"


sub-title "Wild Fowls."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section two hundred and two of


article three of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-


titled "Baltimore county," sub-title "Wild Fowl," be
