CHAPTER 76.

AN act to repeal section two hundred and two of
|
|
|
|
article three of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
|
|
|
|
titled " Baltimore county," sub-title "Wild Fowls,"
|
|
|
|
and to repeal and re-enact section one hundred
|
|
|
|
and ninety-eight of article three of the Code of
|
|
|
|
Public Local Laws, entitled " Baltimore county,"
|
|
|
|
sub-title "Wild Fowls."
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section two hundred and two of
|
|
|
|
article three of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
|
|
|
|
titled "Baltimore county," sub-title "Wild Fowl," be
|
|
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
and the same is hereby repealed, and that section
one hundred and ninety-eight of the said article
|
|
|
|
three, entitled "Baltimore county," sub-title "Wild
|
|
|
|
Fowl," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
|
|
|
|
enacted so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 198. If any person shall use any sink-boats,
|
|
|
|
sneak-boats or floats, in any of the waters of Bal-
|
|
|
|
more county, save and except the waters commonly
|
|
|

called Spring Gardens, for the purpose of and while

|

killing wild

engaged in shooting at or killing wild ducks, or

|

other wild fowl, each person engaged therein, di-

rectly or indirectly, shall be subject to a penalty or

each offence ; and all things hereinafter enumerated

found in the possession of any person or persons at the
time of violating this section, shall be forfeited, that

is to say, that all sink-boats, sneak-boats, crafts,
|
|
|
|
floats and boats, the gun or guns, and all other prop-
|
|
|
|
erty found in the possession of such person or per-
