	CHAPTER 75.
	AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay N.
	C. Robertson, Clerk of the Baltimore City Court,
	the costs and expenses in certain cases in which
	the State of Maryland was the plaintiff, and judg-
	ments rendered in favor of the defendants.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treas- ury be and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer, to pay N. C.	Comptroller directed to is- sue warrant.
	Robertson, Clerk of the Baltimore City Court, three
	hundred and eighty-two dollars and fifteen cents,
	the costs and expenses due him as clerk in certain
	cases pending in the Baltimore City Court, in which
	the State of Maryland was the plaintiff, and judg-
	ments rendered therein in favor of the defendant.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force
	effect from and after the date of its passage.
