C. Robertson, Clerk of the Baltimore City Court,

the costs and expenses in certain cases in which

the State of Maryland was the plaintiff, and judg-
|
|
|
|
ments rendered in favor of the defendants.

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
issue his warrant upon the Treasurer, to pay N. C.
|

Robertson, Clerk of the Baltimore City Court, three
|
|
|
|
hundred and eighty-two dollars and fifteen cents,
|
|
|
|
the costs and expenses due him as clerk in certain

cases pending in the Baltimore City Court, in which

|
|
|
the State of Maryland was the plaintiff, and judg-
|
|
|
|
ments rendered therein in favor of the defendant.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
