CHAPTER 488.
AN ACT to repeal sub-sections fifteen and twenty-
seven of chapter one hundred and eighty-two of
the Acts of the General Assembly passed at the
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,
entitled "An act to repeal the act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, chapter four hundred
and fourteen, entitled 'An act to repeal article
sixty-three Code of Public General Lawa relat-
ing to militia, and sections six hundred and
fifty-two to seven hundred and seventy, both
inclusive, of article four Code of Public Local
Laws relating to militia in the city of Baltimore,
and to re-enact the same with amendments,' and
to enact the following in lieu thereof," and to
amend and re-enact said sections fifteen and
twenty-seven of said act of eighteen hundred
and seventy, chapter one hundred and eighty-
two, so that said sections may read as follows :
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sub-sections fifteen and twenty-
seven of the Acts of the General Assemby of
Maryland, passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy, entitled "An act to repeal
the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chap-
ter two hundred and fourteen, entitled 'An act to
repeal an act, entitled an act to repeal article sixty-	Repealed,
three Code of Public General Laws relating to	amended and
militia, and sections six hundred and fifty-two to	re-enacted
seven hundred and seventy, both inclusive, of article
four Code of Public Local Laws relating to militia
in the city Baltimore, and to re-enact the same
with amendments,' and to enact the following in
lieu thereof," be and the same are hereby repealed,
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
