LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

City Council of Westminster, or any municipal

 

corporation, upon such terms and conditions and

 

with such reservations as may be mutually agreed

 

upon between the parties, any portion or portions

 

of its turnpike road for use as a public highway.

 

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect when the same shall be accepted by a
