Court for Allegany county, and said map, or a cer-

 

tified copy thereof, shall be prima facia evidence of

 

the contents thereof in any suit or suits, action or

 

actions in any court of law or equity in this State.

 

24. The property and funds of every kind belong-

25. The city of Cumberland shall be divided into

side of Wills' creek ; beginning for the Second ward

 

at the intersection of Bedford (commonly called

 

Mills) street with Wills' creek, and running with

 

said creek to the northwesterly limits of the city,

 

and with said limits to the Cumberland and

 

Pennsylvania Railroad to Bedford street, and with

 

the centre of Bedford street to Mills' creek; be-

 

ginning for the Third ward at the intersection

 

of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad

 

with Bedford street, and running thence with the

 

centre of Bedford street and the Bedford road

 

northeastwardly to the city limits, and with said

 

limits westwardly to the Cumberland and Pennsyl-

 

vania Railroad, and with said railroad to the place

 

of beginning ; the Fourth ward shall comprise all

 

that portion of the city bounded on the west by

 

Wills' creek and lying between Bedford street and

 

Baltimore street, and the Baltimore turnpike to the

 

eastern limits of the city ; beginning for the Fifth

 

ward at the intersection of Baltimore street and

 

Wills' creek, and running with Baltimore street and

 

the Baltimore turnpike to the eastern limits of said

 

city, and with said limits to the Williams' road, and

 

with said road to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad,

 

thence by a straight line with the centre line of said

 

Williams' road extended to the Potomac river, and

 

with said river and creek to the beginning ; and the
