nine, fifty, fifty-one, fifty-two, fifty-three, fifty-four,
fifty-five and fifty-six of article one of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany county,"
sub-title "City of Cumberland," and to re-enact said
sections with amendments, and to repeal the Act
of Assembly passed at its session of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-four, chapter one hundred, en-
titled ' An act to amend the charter of the city of
Cumberland,' by repealing sections twenty-two,
twenty-three, twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-
six, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, thirty, thirty-one,
thirty-two, thirty-three, thirty-four, thirty-five,
