AN ACT to repeal the forty-first section of the

twenty-ninth article of the Code of Public General

Laws, entitled " Courts," and to re-enact the same

|

as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the forty-first section of
|

41. Upon the reversal or affirmance of the judg-

below, and in the Court of Appeals in such manner
