	CHAPTER 61.
	AN ACT to repeal the forty-first section of the
	twenty-ninth article of the Code of Public General
	Laws, entitled " Courts," and to re-enact the same
	as follows :
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the forty-first section of	Repealed and

	41. Upon the reversal or affirmance of the judg-
	ment of a court of law the Court of Appeals shall
