CHAPTER 468.
AN ACT to repeal sections four, twelve and fifteeen
of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy, chap-
ter two hundred and sixty, entitled " An act to in-
corporate the town of Laurel, in Prince George's
county," as amended and re-enacted by the act of
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter one
hundred and seventy-one, entitled "An act to repeal
sections four, twelve and fifteen of an act passed
and approved April fourth, eighteen hundred and
seventy, chapter two hundred and sixty, entitled
''An act to incorporate the town of Laurel, in
Prince George's county,'" and to repeal sections six,
seven, ten, eleven, eighteen and thirty-four of the
said act of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter
two hundred and sixty, entitled "An act to incorpo-
rate the town of Laurel, in Prince George's
county, and re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add additional sections to said act of
eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter two hun-
and sixty, entitled ' An act to incorporate the
town of Laurel, in Prince George's county,'" en-
larging the powers of the Commissioners of Laurel,
and defining the duties of the justice of the peace in
and for Prince George's, resident in said town.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections four, twelve and fifteen
