in said diocese ; and also to the bequest of three

hundred dollars to the Convention of the Protestant

Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Easton, State of

Maryland, as Trustees for Coventry Parish, in said

diocese ; all of which bequests are contained in the

last will and testament of Rev. John Crosdale, D. D.,

deceased, duly admitted to probate in the Orphans'
Court of Worcester county, in the State of Maryland.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 458.

AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of Talbot

county to pay for the indexing of last wills of

citizens of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
