CHAPTER 459.
AN ACT to refund taxes on Oyster House License
to William Nickerson, of Queen Anne's county,
erroneously paid to the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That on the warrant of the Comp-	Refund taxes
troller, the Treasurer is hereby directed to pay to	erroneously
William Nickerson, of Queen Anne's county, the	paid.
sum of forty dollars, for taxes on Oyster House Li-
cense erroueously paid to the State.

CHAPTER 460.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact sections thirteen
and fifteen of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled " Wild Fowl," as amended and re-enacted
by an act entitled " An act to amend sections
thirteen and fifteen of article ninety-eight of the
Code of Public General Laws," entitled " Wild
Fowl," relating to the catching and killing of
partridges, woodcock and pheasants, chapter forty-
three, passed at the session of eighteen hundred
and sixty-two of the General Assembly of Mary-
land.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections thirteen and fifteen of
