AN ACT to refund taxes on Oyster House License

to William Nickerson, of Queen Anne's county,

erroneously paid to the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That on the warrant of the Comp-
|

troller, the Treasurer is hereby directed to pay to

sum of forty dollars, for taxes on Oyster House Li-

cense erroueously paid to the State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

Code of Public General Laws," entitled " Wild
|
 
|
Fowl," relating to the catching and killing of
|
 
|
partridges, woodcock and pheasants, chapter forty-
|
 
|
three, passed at the session of eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and sixty-two of the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land.
