SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That whenever the

Turnpike road aforesaid shall, by a vote of the stock-

moke Parish, in said diocese ; and also to the be-
|
 
|
quest of three hundred dollars to the Convention
|
 
|
of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese
|
 
|
of Easton, State of Maryland, as Trustees for Cov-
|
 
|
entry Parish, in said diocese, as contained and des-
|
 
|
ignated in the last will and testament of the said
|
 
|
