CHAPTER 456.

 

AN ACT to authorize the cession of the Cumber-

 

land Turnpike road, or any portion thereof, to the

 

County Commissioners of Allegany and Washing-

 

ton counties.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the president, managers and
