CHAPTER 456.

AN ACT to authorize the cession of the Cumber-

land Turnpike road, or any portion thereof, to the

County Commissioners of Allegany and Washing-

ton counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

upon between the said turnpike corporation and the

County Commissioners to whom any such cession

thereof, when so ceded, shall be used and treated in

all respects as other public roads of the couity or

respective counties within which the same may lie.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That every such cession
