other enclosures belonging to and controlled by the

said corporation, and also within the distance of one-
|
 
|
half mile beyond and surrounding said grounds and
|
 
|
enclosures ; and the said special constables shall ar-
|
 
|
rest all disorderly persons within their said jurisdic-
|
 
|
tion whom they shall find disturbing the peace or in
|
 
|
any manner interrupting the conduct and progress
|
 
|
of any fair or exhibition, or violating any of the pro-
visions of this act, or by-laws, rules and regulations
|
 
|
of the said association, and shall take the said vio-
|
 
|
lators before some justice of the peace of the said
|
 
|
county, to be tried and fined in accordance with the
|
 
|
seventh section of this act ; and the said " Special
|
 
|
Constables" and justices of the peace shall receive
|
Fees.

for issuing and serving all processes under this act
|
 
|
the same fees that the said justices of the peace and
|
 
|
the constables in this State are now entitled to re-
|
 
|
ceive for like services.

|
SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 420.
|
 
|
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
Somerset county to have a bridge built across the
|
 
|
Annamessex River.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
Somerset county are hereby authorized and empow-
|
 
|
ered to build a bridge across the Annamessex River,
|

in said county, at some point on said river where the
|
 
|
same is not navigable for boats with fixed masts, and
|
 
|
the said bridge snail be of sufficient width to allow
|
 
|
the passage of vehicles, and at least six feet above
|
 
|
high water mark, so as not to interfere with the pas-
|
 
|
sage of loaded boats or lighters ; provided the cost
of said bridge shall not exceed the sum of one thou-
|
 
|
sand dollars.
