porate as he or they may by deed appoint in trust

AN ACT to incorporate the Port Deposit Detec-

 

tive Association.

 

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That J. H. Rowland, F. S. Everest, J.

 

R. Miller, William M. Loag, John Keaveny, K.

 

Katz, Benjamin Gifford, and all and every person or
persons with them, or in their stead, shall hereafter

 

become associated with them, their successors and

 

assigns, shall be and are hereby created and de-
clared to be a body corporate and politic, by the

sociation, and by that name shall and may have

 

perpetual succession and be capable in law of pur-

 

chasing, holding, improving and disposing of such
property, real, personal and mixed, as may be neces-

 

sary for the purposes herein authorized ; and may sue
