running across said Noble's land, and then between

the lands of said Noble and said Pool north eighty-

|
six and one-half degrees west until it again intersects
|
 
|
the said division road between said counties ; pro-
|
 
|
vided that the said road shall be opened and con-
|
 
|
structed at the joint expense of the said William A.
Noble and S. Frank Pool.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That immediately after
|
 
|
the said William A. Noble and S. Frank Pool shall
|
 
|
have opened and constructed and dedicated to the
|
 
|
public the said new road, as provided in the first
|
 
|
section of this act, and put the same in good condi-
|
 
|
tion for public travel, and not before, they or any
|
 
|
other person or persons owning that part of the
|

present road lying between the ends of the new
|

road, shall have the right, and are hereby author-
|
 
|
ized and empowered to close up the same and include
|
 
|
its bed in their respective bounds and enclosures;
|
 
|
and from and after the opening of said new road and
|
 
|
closing of the present road, the said new road shall
|
 
|
constitute the boundary line between the said coun-
|
 
|
ties of Caroline and Dorchester in place of the present
|
 
|
road so closed up.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
