CHAPTER 392.

AN ACT to subscribe for a work entitled " The Tes.

tamentary Law," prepared by Edward Otis Hink-
|
 
|
ley, and published by John Murphy & Co., and to
|
 
|
appropriate a sum of money in payment thereof.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That two hundred copies of the
|
 
|
work entitled " The Testamentary Law," prepared
|
 
|
by Edward Otis Hinkley, and published by John
|
 
|
Murphy & Co., be and the same are hereby sub-
|
Subscription.
|
scribed for ; and the treasurer, upon the warrant of
|
 
|
the comptroller, be and he is hereby directed to pay
|
 
|
unto said John Murphy & Co. the sum of sixteen
|
 
|
hundred dollars in payment thereof, when the said
|
 
|
number of copies are completed and duly delivered
|
 
|
to the Librarian of the State.
|
 
|

CHAPTER 393.

AN ACT to enable William A. Noble, of Dorchester
|
 
|
county, and S. Frank Pool, of Caroline county, to
|
 
|
enclose a certain portion of the present public road
|
 
|
dividing Dorchester and Caroline counties, and to
|
 
|
straighten the boundary line between said coun-
|
 
|
ties.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That William A. Noble, of Dorchester
|

county, and S. Frank Pool, of Caroline county, be
|

and they are hereby authorized and empowered to
|
 
|
open a new road for public travel as follows : Be-
|
 
|
ginning in the centre of the road dividing said coun-
|
 
|
ties, north of a small tenant house belonging to said
|
Boundary.
|
William A. Noble, in which a certain John Shep-
herd at this time resides as tenant, and thence
