SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That whenever any
|
 
|
bridge may need repairs to a small extent, in the
|
 
|
opinion of the County Commissioners, they may

order such repairs to be done under the direction of

the Road Commissioners of the district, and when-
|
 
|
ever any new bridge shall be erected of greater
|
 
|
length of span than twenty feet, such bridge shall be
|
 
|
either a covered wooden bridge or of iron.

SEC. 22. And be it enacted, That at least three-
|
 
|
fourths of all moneys to be expended for repairs of

SEC. 23. And be it enacted, That the Road Com-
|
 
|
missioners to be appointed under this act shall be

of new roads to be altered, or of bridges to be built

or repaired. That for their duties as Road Com-
