posed repairs, and probable cost of the same ; the
County Commissioners may then appoint a board of

in two or more newspapers in Baltimore county, set-

 

ting forth the location of the proposed bridge, with

 

full specifications of the size, plan and materials,

 

and that sealed proposals for building or repairing
