CHAPTER 333.
AN ACT to refund to Jacob and Henry Crone a sum
of money erroneously paid into the Treasury of
the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller is hereby au-
thorized and directed to draw his warrant on the
Treasurer of the State for the sum of ten dollars	Refu nd
to Jacob and Henry Crone, in full for money er- roneously paid into the Treasury of the State, having, in eighteen hundred and seventy-two, ob- tained two licenses for the same stallion.	money erro- neously paid.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the authority aforesaid,	In force.
That this act shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Allegany county to correct
the assessment made under chapter two hundred
and sixty of the Laws of Maryland of eighteen
hundred and seventy-six on the shares of stock of
the Cumberland Cast Steel Manufacturing
Company.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
