posed and the forfeiture of boat and canoe employed

in the violation of this act — the same to be recov-

ered before any justice of the peace within said

county. One half of all fines, including the money

arising from the sale or sales of boats or canoes for-

feited, after all the fees are deducted, shall be awarded
|

to the informer or informers, and the remainder to
|

be paid unto the free schools' treasury of Dorchester

county for the use of said schools.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all boats or canoes
|
 
|
captured and condemned under the provisions of the
|
 
|
preceding section, unless the owner of said boat or

CHAPTER 328.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council
|
 
|
of Baltimore to fund its floating debt by the issue
|
 
|
of the stock of said corporation to an amount not
|
 
|
exceeding one million five hundred thousand
|
 
|
dollars.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council of
|
 
|
Baltimore be and it hereby is authorized to fund the
