CHAPTER 326.
|

AN ACT to protect the oysters in the waters of the

|
Great and Little Choptank rivers, and prohibit
|
 
|
the taking thereof in the months of June, July,
|
 
|
and August, except for bedding the same in the
|
 
|
waters of the coves, creeks, or tributaries of said
|
 
|
Great and Little Choptank rivers.

|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That it shall be unlawful to take or
|
