to issue the bonds of the city for the amount so

funded, payable at such time and bearing such rate

of interest, not exceeding six per centum per annum,
as the said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore

shall provide by ordinance, to be adopted at the

present session of the City Council of Baltimore;

provided that the said bonds shall not be issued un-

less the ordinance which the Mayor and City Coun-

cil of Baltimore is hereby authorized to enact shall

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Com-

missioners of Harford county to repay to George
|
 
|
A. Merritt and M. H. Keene the sum of fifty-one
|
 
|
dollars and fifty-eight cents, the same having been
|
 
|
erroneously paid by them on their county taxes.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
Harford county be and are hereby authorized and
|
 
|
directed to levy for and pay the sum of fifty-one
dollars and fifty-eight cents to George A. Merritt and
|
Taxes errone-
ously paid.
|
M. H. Keene, which sum was erroneously paid by
|
 
|
said Merritt and Keene in excess of their county
|
 
|
taxes actually due.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act take effect
