CHAPTER 324.

AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter two hun-
|
 
|
dred and ninety-one of the acts passed January
|
 
|
session of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, enti-
|
 
|
tled " An act to remove all gates from the public
|
 
|
roads of Charles county," and re-enact the same
|
 
|
with amendments.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted. That section one of
|
 
|
chapter two hundred and ninety-one of the acts
|

SEC. 1. That from and after the first day of June,
|

eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, it shall not be law-
|

ful for any person, with or without the consent of the
|
 
|
County Commissioners, to erect, have or keep any
gate upon the public roads of Charles county, and
|

SEC. 2. Be it enacted. That this act shall take
