CHAPTER 324.
AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter two hun-
dred and ninety-one of the acts passed January
session of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, enti-
tled " An act to remove all gates from the public
roads of Charles county," and re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted. That section one of
chapter two hundred and ninety-one of the acts	Repealed and

SEC. 1. That from and after the first day of June,
eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, it shall not be law-
ful for any person, with or without the consent of the
County Commissioners, to erect, have or keep any gate upon the public roads of Charles county, and	Cause all gates to be re- moved.

gates to be removed therefrom in their respective
districts from and after the date in the section here-
inbefore named.
