CHAPTER 325.

 

AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and four-

 

teen of the act passed at January session, eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-four, relating to catching

 

oysters with scoops in Dorchester county, and to

 

re-enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the act passed at the January

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful

 

for citizens of Dorchester county to catch oys-

 

ters with scoop or light dredge in boats not exceed-

boats licensed under the provisions of this act shall

 

work within two hundred yards of the shore ; and

 

the Board of County Commissioners for Dorchester
