CHAPTER 323.

 

AN ACT to repeal section seventy of article nine

 

of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles

 

county, title " Legal Notices," and to re-enact the

 

same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

re-enacted.

of the Code of Public Local Laws for Charles

 

county, under the head of " Legal Notices," be re-

 

pealed, re-enacted and amended as follows :

 

SEC. 70. Executors, administrators, trustees, sher-

 

iffs, ex-sheriffs, coroners, constables and collectors of

taxes in Charles county may exercise a discretionary
power as to notices which the laws of this State re-
quire to be given in newspapers, either by inserting

 

them in newspapers or by putting them up at the

 

court-house door and other public places in the

 

county.
