CHAPTER 319.

AN ACT to appoint an additional justice of the

peace of the State of Maryland in and for Harford
|
 
|
county, and in the fourth election district of said
|
 
|
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|

tice.

of Maryland, That an additional justice of the
peace shall be appointed by the Governor of this
btate in the manner now provided by law for the
|
 
|
appointment of justices of the peace in the State in
|
 
|
and for the fourth election district of Harford county.
|
In force.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
|
 
|
effect from the date of its passage.
|
 
|

CHAPTER 320.
|

AN ACT to repeal section ninety-nine of article one
|
 
|
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
|
 
|
"Allegany County," sub-title "Manufacturers and
|
 
|
Miners," and to re-enact said section with amend-
|
 
|
ments.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section ninety-nine of article
|
 
|
one of the Code of Public Laws, entitled "Alle-
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|

be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted

|
so as to read as follows :

99. If any individual engaged in mining or manu-
|
 
|
facturing in Allegany county, or any association or
|
 
|
body corporate carrying on any trade or business in
said county, shall, for the space of thirty days, be in-
