ers of any raw material, in the aggregate sum of
twenty-five dollars, and shall neglect or refuse to
pay the same for the space of thirty days, the Cir- cuit Court for said county, as a court of equity, or

of article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws,

hundred and sixty-eight, and to re-enact the same
as follows :
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section two hundred and ten of
