CHAPTER 318.

AN ACT to repeal an act passed January session,
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter forty-
|
 
|
eight, entitled " An act to regulate the closing of
|
 
|
roads in Prince George's county," and to enact
|
 
|
the following instead thereof:
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the act passed January session,
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter forty-
|
 
|
eight, entitled " An act to regulate the closing of
|

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the Board of Com-

missioners of Prince George's county shall appoint,
|

on or before the first day of May, eighteen hundred

and seventy-eight, in each election district, three
discreet persons, who shall proceed at once to ex-

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That the said Board of
