CHAPTER 300.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
Cecil county to refund to John F. Price, of Cecil
county, guardian of Catherine S. Mclntire, a sum
of money erroneously paid into the treasury of
said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Cecil County be and they are hereby authorized to
pay John F. Price, guardian of Catherine S. Mcln-	Refund
