CHAPTER 278.

AN ACT to repeal section two of the acts of Gen-

eral Assembly, passed at its January session,

eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter one

hundred'and eighty-one, entitled "An act to author-

ize the County Commissioners of Allegany county

to levy a tax on dogs in said county," and re-enact

the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
