CHAPTER 279.

AN ACT to repeal section nineteen of article twenty-

one of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled

and re-enact the same with amendment.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section nineteen of article
twenty-one of the Code of Pubh'c Local Laws, " en-
|

be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted

so as to read as follows :

son or persons to use any patent twine, weirs, pound
nets or hedges for the taking of fish in the waters of
