Twilley, Clement J. Grarenner, and their successors

 

in office, are hereby created a body corporate and

 

politic, by the name and style of the Trustees of As-

 

bury Methodist Episcopal Church, of Sharptown,

 

Wicomico county, and by that name shall have per-

 

petual succession, and shall be able and capable in

 

law to sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded,

 

answer and be answered, write in every court of law

 

or equity, or before any judge thereof in this State

 

or elsewhere, and to make and have a common seal,

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all lands and ten-

 

ements, with the appurtenances, now belonging to

sonal property, fixtures and furniture now held by
