CHAPTER 263.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and ninety-

 

nine of article one of the Code of Public Local

 

Laws of Maryland, entitled " Allegany county,"

 

sub-title "Birds," as enacted by the act of eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-four, chapter twenty-three,

 

and enact other sections in lieu thereof, to be

 

known as 199, 199 a, 199 b, 199 c, and 199 d.

   
 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That section one hundred and ninety-

 

nine of article one of the Code of Public Local Laws,

 

entitled "Allegany county," sub-title "Birds," as

four, chapter twenty-three, be and is hereby repealed,
and the following sections enacted in lieu thereof, to

199. Any person who shall shoot, kill or destroy
within the limits of Allegany county any hawk, owl

 

or weasel shall be entitled to receive from the Com-
