199 b. The Treasurer of said county, upon pre-

sentation of such certificate, shall pay to the party

holding the same the sum of thirty cents for every

hawk or owl, and the sum of twenty-five cents for

every weasel specified therein as having been pro-
duced before said magistrate, and sworn to have been

199 c. The Commissioners of said county shall, in

making their annual levy in each year, levy in the

hands of said Treasurer a contingent fund to meet
the payments required to be made by him under the

such sum shall prove to have been insufficient, they

shall levy such additional sum therefor as may be

199 d. If the Treasurer shall for any reason refuse

presentation of the certificates of said justices herein
