shall be included five scalps or less in one certificate,
and two cents additional for every scalp over five
contained therein.
199 b. The Treasurer of said county, upon pre-
sentation of such certificate, shall pay to the party
holding the same the sum of thirty cents for every
hawk or owl, and the sum of twenty-five cents for	Compensat'n
every weasel specified therein as having been pro- duced before said magistrate, and sworn to have been	certificate.

199 c. The Commissioners of said county shall, in
making their annual levy in each year, levy in the
hands of said Treasurer a contingent fund to meet the payments required to be made by him under the	Levy for con- tingent fund.

shall levy such additional sum therefor as may be

199 d. If the Treasurer shall for any reason refuse
to pay the sums provided to be paid by this act, upon
