CHAPTER 258.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Charles county to refund to
Mrs. Priscilla Smith, of said county, taxes errone-
ously paid upon the county levies for the years
1868, 1869, 1870,1871, 1872, and 1873, amounting
in the aggregate to seventy-five dollars and forty-
four cents.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Charles county are hereby authorized and empow- ered to refund to Mrs. Priscilla Smith, of said county,	Commission- ers authoriz'd to refund
the sum of seventy-five dollars and forty-four cents, for county taxes erroneously paid upon the levies	taxes errone-- ously paid.
