CHAPTER 259.

AN ACT to repeal section five of an act entitled

" An act to exempt all that portion of the waters

of the Chesapeake Bay, therein described, from

the effect and operation of sections one and three

of article ninety-eight of the Code of Public Gen-

eral Laws," title " Wild Fowl," passed at January

session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chap-

ter fifty-four, and to re-enact the same with amend-

ments ; and also, to repeal section twenty-one of

the same article, as replaced and re-enacted by act

passed at the January session, eighteen hundred

and seventy-six, chapter one hundred and sixty-

nine, and to re-enact the same, also, with amend-

ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That section five of the act of January

session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter
