AN ACT to repeal sections one, two and five of

 

chapter two hundred and twelve, of the acts of

 

eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled an act

comico county to levy taxes on the assessable

 

property of said county, for the purpose of pur-

 

chasing a site on which to erect a court house and

 

jail, and furnish the same, and to re-enact the

 

same with amendments so as to read as follows :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That sections one, two and five of
