	be and is hereby repealed, and re-enacted with amend-
	ments so as to read as follows, viz.:
	SEC. 5. And le it enacted, That in the county of
	Garrett, in the Fourth Judicial Circuit, the next	Term of Cir-

	moned, commencing on the first Monday of July and
	the third Monday of December in each year, and there shall be held in said county on the third Monday of
	March, eighteen hundred and seventy eight, and not thereafter, a law term of said court, to which jurors
	shall not be summoned for the transaction of such
	business as may be transacted without the presence of
	grand and petit jurors, and at which bonds and	Bonds and re-

CHAPTER 28.

AN ACT to repeal section nine hundred and forty,
six, article four of the Code of Public Local Laws,
volume two, title " City of Baltimore," sub-title
" Witnesses," and to re-enact the said section with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section nine hundred and forty-
